My Personal Brand Story and Skill Sets

    Hi precious readers, my name is Tan Jing En and I am 19 years old. I was born and raised in Johor. Currently, I am doing and pursuing my diploma in the business administration specialization at Multimedia University, Melaka in hope that I will start a business when I graduate. Even since I stepped onto campus, I have been on a journey to not just for study but to cultivate a unique identity with my personal value. 

    For myself, I think I have many skills sets in my personal brand. First and foremost, I am creative person. During my middle school years, I have to accomplish an art project which I need to design a landscape. I am very interested to bring a unique blend of artistic vision with strategic thinking to craft the project. I believe that great design not only captures attention but also communicates a story. 

    On the other hand, I am a person who focus on time management. In my opinion, time is very important because time is life, time is money. Have a good time management which can help us meet deadlines and be productive and also improve our mental health. So, whether where I go or if I make an appointment with others, I will make sure arrive on time. I will also make the best use of my time to do meaningful things.

    In addition, I also having leadership person. I have an ability to develop a clear vison and actionable strategic plans to guide teams toward shared goals. During my university journey, we were told to complete our assignment and I often took on a leadership role to lead others. I must make informed decisions and execute effectively and have problem-solving skills to respond to challenges quickly and accurately to ensure the team can move forward smoothly.
